Update user information and team membership details.

Updatable fields:

• firstName - User's first name
• lastName - User's last name
• email - User's login email address. It cannot be changed through the
  Partner API: sending a different email returns 403 (users change it in
  Settings in the web app). Sending the current email back unchanged is
  allowed.
• phone - User's phone number
• timezone - User's timezone (IANA format)
• role - Team role (admin, member, etc.)
• roleTypeId - Role type ID (e.g., Agent, Broker)

A user's name, phone and timezone are shared by every team they belong to.
If the user is also a member of another team, only that user can change
them: a change made on their behalf returns 403. Sending the current values
back unchanged is allowed.

Note: Requires appropriate permissions to update user information.
