List all ponds

Retrieve all active ponds for your team. Ponds are lead distribution queues where unassigned leads wait to be claimed by team members.

Use Cases:

• Get available ponds for lead routing
• View pond members who can claim leads
• Build pond selectors in integrations
• Sync pond data with external systems

What are Ponds? Ponds are holding areas for leads (People) that need to be assigned to team members:

• Leads enter a pond when not directly assigned to a user
• Team members with pond access can "claim" leads from the pond
• Once claimed, the lead is assigned to the claiming user
• Ponds support round-robin and smart distribution methods

Pond Members: Each pond has a list of members (users) who have access to claim leads from it. The members array includes user details for integration purposes, including:

• Profile phone number (if set)
• SMS numbers assigned to the user in your team for messaging/calling
