Archive a loan as lost, withdrawn, denied or expired.
Nothing is deleted. The loan and its whole history remain readable and
an archived loan can be reopened — borrowers come back, declined files get
resubmitted with a co-borrower, lapsed pre-approvals get redone. Both
directions are recorded, so a round trip is visible in the history rather
than looking like the loan was never lost.
