Rename or reorder prospecting columns

Two different scopes in one call. Renaming a column writes the stage
row and changes it for the whole team — an admin right. Reordering is a
per-user display preference and needs no special permission. A non-admin's
reorder applies and their rename does not; renamed in the response says
which were actually renamed.

Send the WHOLE column set, in the order you want. Display order is
taken from each item's position in the array, so a partial payload is not
a partial reorder — it would move the columns you sent to the front. A
payload that does not cover every column of a type is treated as
rename-only.
