Enroll a person (or contract) into an automation. Honors the automation's
reenrollment policy (never / always / after_completion).

Idempotency: This endpoint participates in automatic idempotent-replay —
a retry with an identical body within the 30-second window replays the
original response with the X-Idempotent-Replay: true header and does not
create a duplicate enrollment.
