The Business Snapshot: how many loans REACHED each stage in the period,
with volume, plus funded-by-month and loan-type breakdowns.
"Reached", not "sitting in". A loan that has moved on still counts
towards every stage it passed through — otherwise "Credit Pulled MTD"
would shrink as loans progressed, which is the opposite of what a funnel
measures. Use GET /api/partner/pipeline for point-in-time counts.
Period boundaries use the account's timezone, not UTC and not the
caller's. A month is the team's month.
