Create a new pipeline for your team. Pipelines define the workflow stages for contracts.

Required Fields:

• name - Name of the pipeline

Optional Fields:

• description - Description of the pipeline
• entityType - Entity type (default: "contract")
• isActive - Whether this pipeline is active (default: true)
• position - Display order position (auto-assigned if not provided)
• stageIds - Ordered array of stage UUIDs to assign to this pipeline
