List all groups

Retrieve all active groups for your team. Groups are lead distribution queues that can use round-robin or first-to-claim distribution methods.

Use Cases:

• Get available groups for lead routing
• View group members who receive or can claim leads
• Build group selectors in integrations
• Sync group data with external systems

What are Groups? Groups are distribution mechanisms for leads (People) that determine how assignments are made:

• Round Robin: Leads are automatically distributed to group members in rotation based on configurable weights
• First to Claim: Leads enter the group and members race to claim them

Group Members: Each group has a list of members (users) who participate in the distribution. The members array includes user details for integration purposes.
