Every loan on one borrower, newest first.

A loan hangs off a contact. There is no standalone loan list endpoint by
design — a loan without a borrower is not a thing this API models. Use the
pipeline endpoint (GET /api/partner/pipeline) when you want the team's
whole book rather than one person's.

Scoping. A token scoped to a loan officer sees only loans assigned to
that officer. A team-scoped token sees the whole team. This is enforced in
the query layer, so no parameter combination widens it.
