Delete a company. This performs a soft delete, marking the company as deleted while preserving data.
Warning: This operation cannot be undone through the API. All associated data (notes, tasks, documents, relationships) will be marked as deleted.
Best Practices:

- Consider archiving companies with tags instead of deletion
- Back up critical data before deletion
