Referral partner report

Which referral partners are producing: credit pulls, funded units and
volume, conversion, and co-marketing cost per lead and per funded loan.

"Active partner" here is DERIVED and period-scoped — at least one
countable credit pull in the period — and is deliberately not the same
thing as a partner whose stored status is "Active". Both exist; they
answer different questions.

Cost figures read the MSA agreement terms in force during the period,
not today's rate. Changing a partner's monthly spend does not restate what
last quarter cost.
